Our beloved Annie Claire Phillips was born on June 26, 1948 in Philadelphia to Norman and Beverly Phillips. She was educated in the Philadelphia School System.
Annie met the love of her life, Dwight Lee Collins in the summer of 1967. They had one child from this union, Dwight Lee Phillips Jr. in 1971.
Annie was a kind and generous woman who left us on August 12, 2019. Annie leaves behind to rekindle her memory:

Great grandchildren: Elyssa,Eden,Elaina,Legacy
Her dear friend, Ethel Jenkins and a host of family and friends.
