Hugh Certaine, Jr.

Hugh Arthur Certaine, Jr. was born in Philadelphia, PA on September 16, 1990, Hugh Arthur Certaine, Sr. and Geraldine Nelson. He departed this life on November 22, 2017.

He received his education in the Philadelphia Public School System graduating from Saint Gabriels Hall High School.

Hugh had several hobbies which included: football as a child, as well as boxing. He also enjoyed joking with family and friends. He was preceded in death by, his grandparents, Hugh, Angelina, Madeline and Gerald and godmother, Paula Morris.

He leaves to cherish many memories: one son, Zair Khalil Hugh Certaine; parents, Geraldine Nelson and Hugh Arthur Certaine, Sr.; two sisters, Humya Yolanda Shanice Certaine and Angelena Chandelle Certaine; two brothers, Nydir Hugh Certaine and Gerald Maurice Nelson; step sister, Ashane, Alicia and Doneisha; step brothers, Deondre, Dionne, Andrew and Dominic; special friends, Brittney Handford, Tajah Bussey and a host of nieces nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
