Life of Rasheen "Rocky" Mckie

Rasheen Ikeem McKie was born to Tracey Brown and the late Wayne Martin on May 26th 1986, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He tragically passed on October 20th 2025.

Rocky received his early childhood education from the Philadelphia Public School System. Rocky was an entrepreneur with many talents and very good with his hands. He owned and operated McKie & Sons Cleaning & Moving Service.

Rocky loved traveling, cooking and listening to music specifically 90s R&B. His favorite holidays were Thanksgiving and Christmas because he was a giver and loved spending time with his family more than anything especially the children. Rocky was definitely a Mommas Boy... He often confined in his Mother who he considered his Best Friend. Rocky had a larger than life personality and had love for everyone he encountered. He truly believed in making memories and cherishing the people in his life.

Last, but certainly not least Rocky loved South Philly and was a diehard EAGLES FAN.

We have all been truly blessed by his presence, his love, generosity, and charm.

He was preceded in death by his father, Wayne Martin, Grandmother Harriet Mckie, His best friend Wooka, and close friend Duper.

Rocky leaves to cherish his memories: His devoted parents, Tracey and Bruce Brown. His Children: Nayonna, Elijah, and Karter. Nine Brothers: Wayne, Darnell,Shaunta,Bruce Jr.,Aaron,Corry, Isaiah,Tyrone and Makaya. Two sisters: Latasha and Aysia. Grandfather: Arthur Sr. Three God-Children: Ghazalah, Zion, and Shaniyah who he helped raised. His Significant other:Aineya. A Host of Nephews, Nieces, Uncles, Aunts,Cousins and Friends. Lastly his Dog Harry.
