We bow in humble submission to the judgment of Our Heavenly Father who on Friday, July 20, 2018, has taken from our midst someone we dearly loved.

Thelma Lee Cooper was born July 4, 1949, to Willie and Hattie Cooper and was the last of six children. She grew up in Waynesboro, GA. and graduated from Waynesboro High School. Thelma then moved to Philadelphia in 1977.
