Virginia Rose Frazier, affectionately known as Jenny, was born on December 13, 1942 in Columbus, Georgia to the late Dorothy and Willie Thomas. She was the eldest of seven siblings, Jacqueline (who preceded her in death), Kim, Jeffery, Rose, Mark, Marion, and Michelle. She received her education from The Philadelphia Catholic School System. She worked briefly at the University of Pennsylvania, ultimately her fancy penmanship landed her a job at Philadelphia City Hall as a secretary for several years.

Jenny was a very stylish lady who had an eye for beautiful things. She loved to sparkle and it came through her personality. She always had a welcoming smile. When you came into her presence it was hey baby, and if you had something fashionable on she was sure to compliment you. If your style was on point she would jokingly tell you to leave the item with her or bring it back when you were finished wearing it. She treasured her six children and embraced every moment with them, Tony would precede her in death. She was considered a Mom to many. She had a very lively vivacious personality and always left a mark on those around her.

Throughout the years Jenny provided shelter, food and an open heart . Stockton Road became a home to many! Her door was always open and a guaranteed place to get a hot meal. She always looked forward to spending time with her family for the holidays. If you had any questions regarding our family history she was the person to call. Jenny had a wonderful sense of humor. She was also a great listener with a kind heart, a caring word and loving advise. If you believe in angels on earth she definitely was one who fulfilled her assignment to the fullest! There will never be another Jenny! She was love and will be missed by many.

She leaves to celebrate her legacy Siblings Kim, Jeffery, Rose, Mark, Marion and Michelle, five children: Elton, Virginia, Tamika, Vance, and Skylor 12 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
